We sell reborn dolls (including silicone and cloth dolls), accessories, clothing, toys, and related items.
All products are ready-made unless otherwise stated. We do not currently offer custom-made dolls.
We aim to display all products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, size, and appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, and the handmade nature of some items.
3. Age Recommendation
Our products are recommended for ages 3+ with adult supervision, due to small parts and delicate components.
Some products may contain magnets, small parts, or glass/acrylic eyes. These items should be handled with care and kept away from very young children.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase using secure payment methods.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

7. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
