Our dolls may be made from silicone, vinyl, or cloth materials depending on the model. Each product description clearly states the materials used so you know exactly what you are receiving.

We always try to photograph our dolls as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in colour, shading, and detail may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of each piece.

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
