Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

This policy applies to purchases made through www.rebornbypaully.com.


2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

  • Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return if:

  • They are used or damaged after delivery

  • They are missing original packaging or accessories

  • They are not returned in a resaleable condition

We do not currently sell personalised or custom-made items, so all standard products are generally eligible for return if conditions are met.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is incorrect

  • The item arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rebornbypaully@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, you will be offered:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A full refund, including original shipping costs (if applicable)


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.


7. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned following the standard return process.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
